Aim of study: The objective this study was to optimize the germination A. spinosa seeds after different physical pretreatments by thermal shock establish a simple, effective, and less expensive procedure.
 Area conducted in laboratory on from four regions Morocco (Aoulouz, Essaouira, Sidi Bou Othmane, Boulaouane).
 Material methods: were dried stored. Before launching experimental protocol, they dehulled applied each their pre-treatment for provenances. used are following. C: control without shock, HC1: freezing, HC2: hot water, HC3: freezing + water.
 Main results: results showed that onset argan subjected pretreatment HC3 reduced 2 days mean compared (C). application cold or allowed us reach up 82% final percentage germination. However, combination two 100% percentage. 
 Highlights: Freezing combined with water significantly improved seeds. This could be recommended nursery practitioners
